CompAssist Services is in existence to assist the many small businesses in Victoria who have infrequent dealings with their Workers' Compensation agent, but when they do, feel confused and uninformed.
The Agents in Victoria do a great job managing claims for their clients, but let's face it,they do not have time to offer you anything more than the obligatory service unless you pay a very large premium, and then they will appoint an account manager.
